MINGO COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS KERMIT AQUAPONICS FACILITY

The Mingo County Redevelopment Authority is seeking a company to fulfill a contract which will include but not limited to site work consisting of:

• 6,010 CY of over-excavation for a proposed aquaponics facility

• Site improvements including drainage, sidewalk, asphalt road, and parking lot

• 1,090 linear feet of 1.25” force main

• Lift station

• 1,168 linear feet of 2” waterline

Construction work shall include an approximately 11,000 gross square foot, pre- engineered greenhouse clad with a combination of metal and polycarbonate panels. A portion of the building shall be finished for office space and production activities. HVAC systems, environmental controls, electrical work, and plumbing required for operation of the facility shall also be included in the Work.

The consultant will be working closely with the Executive Director of the MCRA to gain access to the site, and provide progress updates.
